Modern societies are built upon well organized education systems in general as they have a direct relationship to human development. Education is the only means to balance the various inequities that we face today. Hence it is quite obvious that teacher is the most critical stake-holder in this system who could ensure the quality in every level of education to a child right from the early age. It is imperative of the society to create a generation of innovative and ingenious teachers who could draw the best out of each and every child and also the hone their otherwise inherent skills. They successfully train children and nurture their minds to be sensitive citizens of our country.
